Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Adsup.ai you agree to these terms. If you use Adsup.ai on behalf of a company, you accept them for that company.

The service

Adsup.ai provides search and analysis of advertising observed on public web pages by our crawler, through the web app, exports, the API and MCP. Counts in the product are crawler observations, a sample of where and when ads appeared; they are not impressions, spend or reach. Coverage varies by network, format and country and is published in the coverage ledger.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials and API keys secret. Seats are for named individuals and may not be shared. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

Plans, credits and billing

• Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Credits are consumed by the API, MCP, exports, on-demand crawls and AI features as shown in the product. Unused credits expire as stated for your plan and have no cash value.
• Prices are in USD unless the checkout shows another currency. Taxes may apply.
• Free plan limits (searches per day, history) are part of the service and may change with notice.

Acceptable use

You may use the data for your own research, competitive analysis, reporting and products for your clients. You may not:

• resell, redistribute or publish the dataset or substantial parts of it, except under an Enterprise data licence;
• scrape the product, bypass plan limits or share API keys;
• use Adsup.ai to build cloaking, ad-fraud or evasion tools, or to harass or track individuals;
• break the law, including intellectual-property and privacy law, in how you use the creatives you find.

Ad creatives belong to their advertisers. We show them for identification, research and commentary; any other use is your responsibility.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that any particular ad, network or country will be captured. Features may change; we will give notice of changes that materially reduce a paid plan.

Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or put the service at risk. You may close your account at any time.

Liability

The service and data are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
